I've been on here awhike and have updated my profile many times but I still don't think it's that good...

Can I get some advice please that would be great

Also....When I send a message I tend to not get a reply any tips on good 1st messages?

Have you typed "profile advice" in the forum search bar??

There's all the info that you will every need on there and more on how to improve your profile !
