I think it's ok, but most of my views are from couples not women so perhaps i'm doing something wrong

Views are just that. But take as a compliment

like the look of you.

Least they have the decency not to message once see you not looking for MF couples.

You not doing anything wrong. You are just up against 99.9% of the site looking for a single female. Time and patiance required. Just pesonalize messages and put the effort in and sure eventually will find what you want.
