OP. It's a question of numbers.
You'll be up against dozens, if not hundreds of other guys all seeking the same thing.
You have to be noticed and by that, it means putting an effort into everything you do, to make yourself stand out above the rest.
There are lots of exact other threads in the Forum pages with plenty of suggestions so go from there.
You don't accommodate but don't say why, which can be off putting for some. Say why it is, so others don't pre-judge you wrongly.
You have to 'sell yourself' whether in print, in the Forum page's or at Socials or Clubs. Get that right and you'll see success!
