Just make sure you're never further away than 5km from your home or the cops will come after you...

Actually just noticed op is in the North, you're allowed to run free! Enjoy!

For the ones in the Republic, please run around in circles, it's a well tested governmental strategy, so nothing can go wrong.

Ah but it's a radius of 5 km not a straight line

You download the Dublin marathon app...press start and off you go. It tracks your distance and time.

Yes in theory you could go 5k from your home in any direction ...I'm choosing the less hilly route!!

Well with a 5 km radius thats 31.5km diameter circle (roughly) which plus the 5km out to the edge of the circle and 5km back to home brings you to 41.5 km. That's just under 26 miles so you'll be grand as long as there's nothing in your way such as houses and hedges

Dublin west

I cycled 100km single spin when we in the 2km from home back in April so 40km in a 5km radius would be ok.if you run out 5km and back in you already quarter the way done so just over 4 loops would do it.

Good luck to all doing it and raising money for charity this weekend
