I also think that if you wake up feeling under the weather your brain thinks covid first when it fact you might be just unwell from something else
If you don't feel great ring your doctor and start the process ...they'll know if you need to be tested |

Yeah but I'm just a drama queen. I only leave the house at most once a week to go to the supermarket, I wear a mask, I keep my hands sanitised, and I keep away from the other shoppers.
But at least a few times a week I wake up and start panicking until I drink some water. The amount of times I've actually informed people that I was sick only to realise that I'm actually just dry |

Lol yeah I know what you mean, I wake up most mornings with a bit of the sniffles but in the last year it’s a lot more annoying |
