With the remnants of one of the best parties this side of the Milky way since the great kegger on Uranus in 2097 the crew were a little worse for wear...
"Good morning.." sighs Drproton with content as he rolls over in bed to place his arm around his android girlfriend, Kiera.. "we need to loosen that grip of yours, babe"
Up pops Redhott from under the covers..
"...and maybe soften her tongue too, I've friction burn!"
With that there's an alarm heard ringing through Avalon, there's an emergency meeting being called in the control deck.
"Right! I know we let our hair down last night upon capturing LadyPleaser19 but we've got to get back to business tonight! I don't know about the rest of you but I need my own bed soon and, sorry Geralt80, but a new vict... Friend soon" declares the_ofusplus
"Oh thank God" says Geralt80 sitting gingerly down on his doughnut cushion
"So tonight, we have to push the boundaries a bit!

As the crew assemble in the infirmary it's revealed to them that tonight both Redhott and Hemford will be tested...
"We have to be careful" says Goneirianbothar "... We're still not certain how stable these tests are and we don't have many more... We may have to put the dildo in standby or... God forbid.. Ask Inquisitive Lady to sing"
"You shut your Goddamn mouth!" snaps Keanored ".. Don't you dare bring that evil on us again!"
With Hemford rather surprisingly willing to be stabbed in the arse for his sample, his blood was drawn...
"I've had worse" he says with a shrug
"Right... I'm going in..." declares Goneirianbothar as he dawns his space suit and oxgen tank preparing to approach Redhott's backside...
"It's a suicide mission! I can't watch!" cries out CuriousVoyeur
"Awk man up will you! I had a salad for lunch today... Now stab my arse and get it over with!"
With both samples taken.. Red and Hemford and strapped to their chairs...
"I always dreamed of seeing you tied up, Red, I just hope you don't ruin that fantasy.." begs Goneirianbothar
With that he takes the first petri dish and warms his wire... He then heats up the copper to dip into it *badum tish*
As he plunges the wire inside the sample... The Avalon starts to quake!... The ship cannae take the strain!
"What's happening?! Who's blood is that!!"
No sooner had the crew asked does the entity break through and emerge from the zipper of Hemford!!
"He's a Thing! I mean his thing.. His thing is a Thing!!"
"Thank Goodness I'm prepared this time!" says the_ofusplus as they draw the dildo from their utility belt and race towards Hemford and the entity...
"Have some of that!!" they shout as they ruthlessly beat Hemford in the crotch with the dildo, pummelling him and the Thing... Beating it to within an inch of its life...
The men wince and cross their legs... Almost feeling sorry for it...
Beaten and bloodied by the dildo the Thing lays lifeless... As Hemford himself has died from the trauma of the entity passing through his penis... The dildo bludgeoning only adding insult to injury..
"See! Knew it! Now you can untie me and we can all have some pancakes!"
"Not too fast, Red... We can't be too careful..."
Goneirianbothar plunges the heated wire into Red's sample.... Nothing happens...
"See!! Now do you believe me..."
Suddenly the entity burst from between Redhott's cleavage!!
"Forget the dildo! I'm going in this time!!" shouts Keanored
"T'fuck you are, I'll save you Red!!" declares Geralt80 as he fights with Keano...
The entity springs forward leaving Red lifeless in it's wake... Now staring down the crew...
It sees it's fallen brother, mercilessly beaten to death by the dildo and lets out a whimper at the site of The_ofusplus still standing with it... Flopping it around...
"Do you want some too?!"
Shaking like a sh*tting dog the entity retreats and fires itself out of the airlock... Choosing a more noble ending than death by dildo...

In the wake of discovering three crew members having been infected, the remaining cadets have held an emergency meeting to decide on whether or not to call for the rescue team...
"So it's decided, the majority wins... We're heading home" declares mission leader the_ofusplus..
"I'm still not convinced, Captain" says Goneirianbothar "... What if there's still a Thing among us?"
"We can't just sit around here and wait to be picked off one by one! The longer we wait, the more danger there is.. Who knows, there may be something even more sinister yet to be discovered in these parts... We must trust our instincts and head back home. At least then we can report back what we know and prevent another crew from having to experience this horror"
With that the crew set about configuring their distress signal...
"Captain, I've reset the flux capacitor and channeled the ships remaining energy through the thingymajig and ensured the whatsit has full proton space words to function at full capacity!" informs Inquisitive Lady
"Excellent! Given we have no idea of where we are we can only wait and see when our distress signal will reach Earth... But I think it's safe to assume it'll be there before 8pm tonight, give or take"...

With the signal sent, the crew receive word back upon the Avalon...
"New phone, who dis?... Just kidding, I promise your rescue vessel is just around the next corner, hold firm!"
*Eight hours later*
Finally the rescue vessel approaches, ready to merge with the Avalon..
"Did you discover anything? What happened? Where's the FS Sabrewing!?"
"We'll explain everything back home, right now we just need to get off this Godforsaken ship"
"Wait!!..." shouts Keanored..
The crew look puzzled... Suspicious even...
"... I need to go back and fetch my Mrs. Brown's Boys boxset!"
"Somebody stop that man!" commands the_ofusplus as the crew retrain a hysterical Keano... Dragged kicking and screaming into the rescue pod..
Aboard the rescue pod the crew are finally relieved to be done with their time on the Avalon...
"Once we debrief special forces, what we saw... What we did up here... will have to stay between us"
"Agreed!" say the entire crew
"How do I explain the wheelchair to my wife though?" asks CuriousVoyeur...
"Oh you can tell her that story no problem! I've already text half the squad back home since we've been on here" says Geralt80 "... Can I get you to sign the dildo too?"
"It's funny... I kinda miss the smell of Red's zingers now that I won't smell them anymore"
.. ".. To those left behind" declares Goneirianbothar as he raises a glass..
The crew hold theirs aloft in solidarity for their fallen comrades who ultimately fell victim to the entity
... Suddenly the rescue pod starts to shake...
"What's going on?!"
"Relax, its probably space turbulence. Moon wind and cosmic stuff. Space words, science and space words"
... The glasses they had just risen aloft shatter... An all too familiar shriek is heard piercing through the capsule... The crew left clutching their ears, crippled, laying in agony on the floor..
"Sorry" says Inquisitive Lady... "I was just practicing my welcome home performance"
The crew, relieved, share a laugh with each other as Earth appears from the window of their capsule
.. When out of nowhere Drproton starts to convulse!
"Guys... What's happening?"
"I don't know... He could be trying to dance to be fair, he does seem a little off"
Suddenly the entity starts to emerge from Drproton's arse...
"Oh come on! I shove a dildo half way up mine and I'm crippled, this guy had a space monster living up his and he's been fine!!" bemoans CuriousVoyeur...
"Captain! What do we do! We can't let this Thing reach Earth! Captain?... Captain?..."
*slow camera pan and reveal*
The crew turn to their captain, the_ofusplus, only to be met with yet another entity!
"Well slap my arse and call me Susan Sarandon" gasps Geralt80...

.................
As the rescue vessel reaches Earth, the pod doors open and out walks the crew... Inquisitive Lady, Goneirianbothar, Geralt80, Keanored... With the_ofusplus and Drproton.
"Thank Goodness you're alive, we're glad to have you back home!! You must have some stories to tell" jokes the special forces leader
"Oh we may have a thing or two to tell you..." laughs the_ofusplus... |
