Worked there years ago

Gorgeous place but it's basically in a really built up area of clontarf so there's no gardens and it's outside the city! Nice for an overnight though

Glasgow

I have stayed several times in Clontarf Castle whilst running business events.

It's a lovely hotel with nice rooms although I think it's a bit overpriced.

It's also quite a bit out of Dublin city centre although there is decent public transport links and of course taxis to take you into city.

Thanks. It’ll be work related so won’t get to see outside unfortunately.

City Centre

Great hotel and the food is really good.

I have stayed there a few times even though I live in Dublin. You feel like you are actually away from the city and it is 5 mins away by car to the beach

It however is being used as a quarantine hotel at the minute! Not sure how relaxing your syay might be or if it would affect it

Wow. Thanks for the heads up. I’ll have to pass if it’s a quarantine hotel.

"Has anyone stayed there? Is it good/bad?"

It's very nice but theyre using it as a quarantine hotel atm so I probably wouldn't stay there right now. Up to you though.
