So SUP seems a big craze these days. Along with sea swimming.

Did many take up the craze? Or doing it before the hype hit? Or its just a no go for some

Belfast

It was on the increase anyway but lockdowns and cheap deals in Lidl encouraged people to take it up. Although apparently most of those are up for sale again this year

These days? SUP has been up and cumming for a good few years now. Does it only become a craze when lots of people start and quickly give up again. Other board sports have taken off also in that case

Some practice yoga whilst paddle boarding.

I wonder what other activities could be incorporated into paddle boarding.

I have had a board myself for last 3 years. Its not bad way to relax.

But also surf and jetski and most other adrenaline sports
