Not a sauce, but toast, peanut butter and a sprinkling of sugar...

As children crackers with unsalted butter and a sprinkle of sugar...

As children for dessert, grated carrots with sugar...

You get the gist (I'm not diabetic, even under these circumstances! )

I'll eat Miracle Whip with most savoury foods - Hellman's just doesn't cut it...but none to be had in Ireland anymore

My son ate sandwiches with salami and peanut butter as a toddler
