It's a slow burner isn't it. At the moment I'm sticking with it but GOT is a hard act to follow.

This week was the best it has been.

I thought the dialogue was alot sharper.

And stakes seemed higher.

Yea found it very hard to keep my attention gave up after the first episode.. I might go back to it but its doubtful.

But was noone else really annoyed when half the cast disappeared??

Also, episodes 5 ending was good, and there was no follow up. So bizarrely written.

Im gonna try stick with it, im finding it tough.

Was it ever officially a replacement for Game of thrones though?

It's more of a spin off perhaps

Yeah its just a spin off, im totally open to it being different, but its just a little all over the place.

My thoughts exactly, I think it's had its day, last season of game of thrones the ratings nosedived

I didn't get into GOT till after a few seasons. Then I loved it.

This can't afford to be a slow starter, as it's a spin off with a level it needs to reach straight away.

Given the chance I think it'll be ok.
