Cucumber, olives, tomatoes, capers, grilled artichokes, spinach, dressing.

Then either halloumi or roasted salmon or tuna or feta

Black Angus fillet steak reverse seared, with coconut, chilli n lime prawns, sweetfire peppers, chipotle buttered corn on the cob and some crispy skinned baked potatoes.

I eat salads throughout the year. Has to have beetroot, iceberg lettuce, celery, gerkins, nuts and whatever kind of cheese and relish are in the fridge.

Often have a salad for breakfast at the weekend.

I've planted my seeds in every south facing window on the house. So if we do get a bit of sunshine, I'll have my salads ready to go!
