Ireland & Beyond

Afternoon Fabbers! I am staying in Bray next week for work. I’ve only ever passed through so never really explored the area before. Does anyone have suggestions on where to eat, drink and entertain myself during my stay?

Bray

The Harbour Bar is worth a visit-was voted best pub in the world years back. The seafront has plenty of spots and if you like Indian Food, Pink Salt on the Main St is top drawer!

Thanks! Someone had mentioned the Harbour Bar to me before so I’ll definitely give it a try

The Martello does the most unbelievable pancakes! The full Irish and the coffees are amazing as well.

As mentioned above, the harbour bar, platform pizza is lovely. Teddy’s and ginos are best spots for ice cream. Cassino’s and Milano’s are lovely takeaways.

For entertainment, if it’s your thing, you can walk bray head (not overly exertive) or there’s a bray to greystones cliff walk which is about 7km.

Star leisure up near the start of bray head has all the arcades, casino etc that’s good craic.
