Trying to pluck up the courage for an Indian head massage soon.
I'd say it will be an interesting experience seeing how I've some random erogenous zone on my head which makes hair washes at the salon a bit  |

I had a thai deep tissue massage once and it was like no message id ever gotten before. I felt like a new person coming out of it. Im definitely getting one in the new year for my neck shoulders and back. |

PRP injections best thing I have ever had done ,helps repair tendens,joints and muscles. It's a platelets rich plasma injection. Made entirely just from spinning your own blood. Amazing how good it is |

I got it done it feels a bit strange at first but then u be ok
Big loss of appetite for me I recommend to do it , just make sure you find one near home in case u might have an accident after

I am a big fan of massages.
My best to date was a Swedish full body massage. I have had 2 to date and both amazing though the 2nd one was by a fellow fabber and the ending was so intense, I couldn't describe it in words. 
A head massage is on my list. Sorry any recommendations of good masseuses in the North will be gratefully received  |
