Hey all, someone please tell me i'm not the only one who struggles to get the blood from the finger prick  I be squeezing ages, then 3 hours later my finger decides to be generous

Depends on the pressure you use, I found that most find it hard to put enough pressure to properly get blood with the pin pricks, have to do it like you doing it to someone you don’t like haha |

I have a shower first so my body is warm.
Then I close the lid of the toilet and place the receptacle on it so my arm can hang down over it. Then I massage downward on my arm all the way to the finger tip.
Be sure to prick the side if your finger if you haven't tried that already. |

I find it more difficult when you are cold. I struggled to get a sample as my fingers were too cold and poor circulation doesn't help . So now I wait until after I get out of a warm shower and it's much easier. Failing that jump around to get the blood flowing |

Just don't combine a hot shower with blood pressure tablets 🙈 M filled the test tube in 3s. It then overflowed and, in his panic to get another tissue, led too him dripping blood everywhere. It looked like a murder scene from a crime show. 😳 |

Good to know the milking skills can be used in other ways lol

I just put it on the end of my knob, right on the shiny part, no hassle getting the blood out as it's pumping.
Everyone is different but if you are in a warm bathtub it's incredibly easy and you don't make a mess. |

Were you hydrated. I found if I hadn’t been drinking enough in the 24hrs before it’s a nightmare. Also like the pack say, have nice warm tea or milk in a cup to warm
