walking lunges.
I’m typing this as I procrastinate wobbling across the floor once more, and the gym got new LED lights so everyone looks like pasty ham now |

I agree. I’m sometimes a bit bewildered going into work at 9am thinking, ok I must go to the gym after work and then I remember I was just there. It’s a fecking great surprise |

The thread mill at the end of my training, thank god for tik tok to distract my brain from the mind numbing torture of running on an incline for 30 minutes |

Overall not really, the main problem I find for some people specially when they age is;
Hands: carpal tunnel syndrome or previous injury to wrist, it can become difficult from the weight and some impact
Hips: flexion can be a nightmare for people with hip problems
Feet: ladies that have nails and plates, the pressure on their toes isn't suitable
Can't say it's bad for you, however, it's not for everyone and let's be real there are other exercises you can that I think are more beneficial to have a functional body or bring a sweat |

Forgot to add the jump can also be another problem for people with knee problems |
