So went on this social 2 weeks ago and hit it of from the moment we met never a dry moment conversation flowed the whole night over a couple of drinks. So fast forward we decided to the bank holiday weekend and same got alone really well and one thing lead to another and we're back in mine having fun the lot great night really enjoyed the night but 2 days later she's still there and the only way I could get her out was by saying I'm in work and have to go did that ever happen anyone else on this and would it turn u of the girl cause it kinda gave me a red flag |

Did you ask her to leave?
Like I've no problem rolling over after a cuddle and telling someone this isn't a sleep over if that wasn't already clear and it's not what I want. Not that it happens often but it's easy enough to do if your rolling home from the pub after a night on the town.
I'm just wondering if she thought wow this guy's just so nice...
I'm also wondering why you didn't ask her to leave. |

If you like someone it's difficult to ask them to leave. That's why it's always a risk bringing someone back to your house. She clearly thought you wanted her to stay? Also there are lots of excuses you can use in a 2 day period to hint politely that they might need to leave...
Do you need a lift somewhere?
My Mum is popping over in 20mins?

That makes it a bit of a difference. Still 2 days is something, staying on till the evening would be my limit. You're not a dickhead if you want to set boundaries, it's usually dickheads that try to break boundaries. |

Maybe there was mixed messages going on and she thought you enjoyed having her there. Maybe she thought she was there for the weekend. It's difficult for us to know.
Perhaps make sure going forward that you're clear about things like this. Saying you didn't want to seem mean asking her to leave then suggesting publicly she's perhaps a bunny boiler because she didn't leave isn't really fair |

Was her name Bridie and did she have 19 brothers and a couple of ponies?
If so, you might be married now. That caravan that mysteriously appeared in the back garden is just Mammy and Pappy arriving for the summer.

Id a hotel booked for two night's i did say to him there was no need to rush off the next morning as i was staying an extra night, he never left and i hadn't the heart to ask him to go so he staying both nights ....🙈 |

That's what I was thinking. She was enjoying hanging out with you, had no other plans and you weren't giving her a clear heave-ho. Why would she leave🤷🏻 Two single people enjoying a weekend together isn't unheard of. If you didn't want it you could have said you needed you recovery time or whatever |

I had a similar experience. I was away and staying in a house for work for a few weeks. Had a socal from fab. Really hit it off. 1st meet was in a hotel. Went really well. Next time I invited him to mine. The following day I got up for work and he said he would lock up on his way out. I didn't mind as work had rented the house and there wasn't much in it. I came home that evening to him sitting in the kitchen. He cooked dinner for both of us. I thought kinda sweet and kinda creepy at the same time. I thanked him for cooking, we ate the dinner and I said I'm heading for a shower so I guess you better get going. He replied I had one earlier and used your tooth brush I hope you don't mind. I was standing there and said yah i kinda do. I had to text a male friend from work who was staying close by to come over and pretend he was my husband. Needless to say it was my first and last time to invite anyone over. |
