Warning in advance - mental health topic.
There's an artist called Ren - 'Hi Ren' is written with 2 voices - so him and his negative, mean intrusive schizophrenic voice. Very good song though.
Thankfully haven't had to deal with mental health issues but it's a poignant way to show some of the struggles for those who do.

Having lost a best friend recently, Gemma Hayes - High & Low was impossible to listen to without breaking down in tears. I share it here for those in similar circumstances as it evokes that loss so beautifully and her voice is just amazing singing it with compassionate inflection in the right places.
Weirdly, it's a song I can also imagine The Frames/Metallica/ Pearl Jam doing a much heavier, louder, screaming version of but maybe that's just me
