"I would like to identify my shape on here as a 'Dad Bod'. What springs to your mind with those words?"
Men who may have once been in shape but now carry a bit of extra weight possibly from aging or lifestyle changes. A mix of some muscle and a bit of belly fat but I suppose everyone’s going to have their own take on it. |

Carry extra bit of weight on the belly but still got good arms / shoulders etc and also maybe hairy chest but body hair is generally present from late teens anyway
