Camping Sites

Dublin (sometimes London)

We have friends coming to visit and are going to meet up with them around Kinvara. We were hoping to find a site to pitch up a tent for a few days while we are there, but can only find one (Kitty's) that is booked out with a group. Are there any others around the area that we are missing?

The West

If you go a bit further west into north Clare, there is camping in Fanore. A beautiful place, beach, dunes, the Green road for walks and Ballyvaughan for food and drinks.

Fanore 30mins from Kinvarra, Ballyvaughan about 20mins

I'd just go and camp along the coast somewhere.

Check Ballyryan out. Loads of people camp around there. Done it loads of times.
