It doesn't. Had plenty of that on Monday last and was in bed all week from Tuesday with a throat/ear infection. Saved you the energy and time  |

1 lemon juice.
Half clove of garlic.
Tablespoon of cayenne pepper.
Half a tablespoon of black pepper.
200mls of water
Blend it all up, one every morning.
