Dark room party Strange kinky request or is it?

Have been asked would it be possible to organise a dark room party. Honestly and personally never tried it.
It's basically strangers meeting in a space with either no lights or blind folds for sexual fun.
Personally I like to know who I'm with & to feel an attraction for heightened pleasure.
Have asked a few friends what's there taughts and alot said they would feel more comfortable as takes away any anxiety or shyness.
Also not sure of the safe sex levels here which is a priority for myself especially with stranger's.
Anyway I'm not judging as each to there own but would like to hear some taughts, feedback or experiences. Thanks

How about trying it out the next time you organise a party
A bedroom with blackout curtains and lights off for 15 or 20 minutes to gauge the reaction
A few ground rules the main one being absolutely no penetrative sex ...just oral and hands.
It could be fun and since you run parties for bi people everyone could be comfortable with that to try it

The only way it would interest me would be if I already knew all the participants and they were people I'd ordinarily play with.
I think it would provide that type of dark room experience but remove the elements that would otherwise be worrisome with strangers |

I was very much anti the dark room idea until I was in one.
You can see shapes, furniture so it wasn't pitch black as I thought which was my concern. It was a couples one we went to and we played together beside others playing and there was no interaction but I know there was interaction between others. There were no stray hands..we knew that people were near us. I quite liked it and it would be fun to be in there with a few couples/people we knew but I can see how when you are laying next to another couple things might just progress  so long as there was consent. |
