Any kind of surgery has introduced sedative chemicals into your system and the body has been traumatised. It's natural to feel low after such. Just keep chatting with friends and family. A week from now you'll be grand.

Do what you love doing ,as much as is allowed after Surgery that is , listen to your favourite music, watch Movies , read etc etc , whatever it is you love to do.. being single can be isolated a lot of the time l know but whatever you can do atm, do it ,occupy your mind & doing things like that can & does help .best Wishes OP👍

Going through something similar. As the drugs/trauma wears off you need to preoccupy your brain on other things.
