I’ve never used any weight loss products but I reckon they are all nonsense, targeted fat loss I’m not sure is possible, fat loss is, consume less calories than you burn, this will result in weight loss, exercise helps as it burns calories but ultimately it all comes down to diet and how much you eat.
Inflammation is also an issue, my own theory is that we Irish have a high intolerance to wheat based products which includes beer and it causes inflammation and swelling. Not based on science just observation. Good luck |

I’ve no tried any myself! I’m currently dieting myself and I’ve lost weight just by walking and diet but I know one of my friends did the milkshake thing and she lost ALOT!!
Then she kept going with it lost even more (which I couldn’t believe the supplement company didn’t even track) but eventually she stopped and literally doubled her weight back!!
I don’t have faith in the new meds! I don’t trust it but if you follow medical advice proper then maybe |

For the most these things are a waste if time.
Unless you actually spend time researching them and match the benefits of the supplements to specific issues you have.
In general you'd be better off saving the money and spending it on good nutrient rich food or a gym membership( or some other hobby that will get your heart rate going a bit) |

Prescription weight loss drugs DO work and have replaced gastric bands for tackling obesity.
But they should only be used as a last resort, when all other options have failed, such as those previously mentioned.
I don't agree with 'eat less, move more', that's an old fashioned concept. Rather eat differently, move differently. Educate yourself, be consistent and ensure that what you do is sustainable. |

ChatGPT recommended L-Carnitine to support the conversion of fatty acids into energy. I'm not sure how effective it really is, but even in this recommendation, it still requires exercise a bit |

More social media fads, a good calorie deficit, increase protein intake & doing more exercise, cronometer is a great app to track all foods, can scan barcodes & gives a tracker on all targets, as long as ya don't lie to the app bout the chocolate bars & taytos 😂 yes idid do that at the start |

That would support the conversion of fatty acids but it requires cardio specific training. I think the Original Poster was referring to the gut health products that claim its your unhealthy gut making you look fatter than you are. Which does make some sense if you digestive sysyem is slow you may seem bloated longer after some foods. White bread isnt a friend of most people, i switch up my breakfast and have blueberries with nuts/seeds and yougurt and i feel much better and have a increase in energy, I eat very little white bread now |

This.
Calorie deficit, calorie deficit, calorie deficit, and work on toning up the areas that you want to target

I've been steadily losing weight for just over a year now and my stomach is definitely the last thing to reduce. I carry most of my extra weight there and its impossible to just target one area for loss. Slow and steady |
