I don’t think I have had a prostate orgasm but can definitely dry orgasm. As someone noted above the whole body shakes. You can go again in seconds and feel it as intensely if not more so. Seems to build on each wave. Took some amount of practice and mental working through… getting into the headspace of it and control the physical drive to ejaculate.
