I hope the organisers don't mind but I thought i'd start another thread as the last one got closed for being too big.

I've my hotel booked and I can't wait, although I'm a bit nervous as its my first M&G

After speaking to the first 2 hotels they have told us they are fully booked up, due to coach trips but they have both said that rooms will become available, at the end off May as the coach trip, never fill up the rooms they have booked. It is then the policy of the hotels, to release the rooms x
