They take their lead from the manager. It's like the Dublin football team under Paul Caffrey.. He has no discipline himself so he could hardly drill it into his team. 
Davy makes me laugh though, although I can't stand him, and he's a gift for any of these guys who do impressions. He's almost become a caricature of himself |

That's something I can't get my head around the team he came up with were a hard shower but they had decipline how he lost it i ll never know but he is what he is the glory that he brought to Waterford and the heart is not happening for him in Clare |
