It's just a large bunch of parsley(leave the stalks on) left to stew in a pot of boiling water. It's deeeelish and great for detox.

Lots and lots of toast with apricot jam (as soon as I make it the locusts that are my children rob it off me) and I'll be washing it down with coffee.

Never tried that. Do the cornflakes make the toast crunchier?

Porridge with a hint of honey. Two slices of brown bread. Whey shake (can't be doing with eggs). Banana and a cuppa tay. Food is nice but it's basically just fuel. Would you put lard into your car's fuel tank? Think not so why do it to yourself.

Simples.

Mmm sounds delish Sean. Yep in town but I hear the wait at Sweet Republic is crazy but fingers crossed. Sweet Sicily sounds like an option, I do like to lick on something Sicilian from time to time

Well Sweet Sicily is ranked as number 6 out of over 2000 places to eat in Dublin on trip advisor.

So its not just me that thinks its good and with almost 40 years of baking under my belt i know a thing or two about cake.

If you have an hour to yourself i can really recommend it.
