I always use a moisturisng cream after I shave. Does the trick for me but have heard it doesnt suit everyone.

Any moisturiser that says hypoallergenic on it...exfoliate gently first and rinse with cold water

I use hair conditioner to shave .and use nappy cream if i get a shaving rash..
