Some women have very light flows through some or all of their period. I've had sex on my period where there's been no blood present at all. I wouldn't want or expect foreplay but all my exes have had sex with me on my period, no issues. Wouldn't do it with a ransomed though. It's not really surprising, I'm more than my pussy.
