I find you get much more if not in relationship with the girl or early on. As it goes on you get less

But a lot of guys just dive in there and shove fingers in..

But if giving, you've got to make sure your in tune with the lady in question..
If they're comfortable ( and turned on!) they should direct you to what they like as regards oral sex.
In my experience:
