So i went a bit over board last night and im certainly paying for it today, so it would be interesting to see what fellow fabbers do to cure their hangover.  |

I had my usual curer this morning...
2 solpadeine, 1 berocca and 1 diaoralyte in a glass.
Didn't work cause I'm still dying. I must have seriously over done it.  |

normally take some taurine and zma before a session and then in the morning..never get nasty hangovers..can drink 10 pints and still be grand in the morning  |

It always seems great at d time but the next day you will pay dearly for it . Self inflicted I don't have any pity for you . I drink Guinness n rarely get a hangover . It's all d shots and shorts that give you d hangover . |

I'm yet to try it, but I get too excited when I'm out a pre-pear is the last thing on my mind. A Uni study in Australia studies each food and results proved a pear is the best. |

Kale.cucumber.ginger.spinach. rice protein. Achia seeds. Almond milk.
