Walking home & I spotted a big billboard for translink's new promo, £3 travel all day after 10 or something like that. But the big bold lettered tag line says "Dom the city"
Is there another meaning I'm missing out on? |

Don't think there's another meaning. It sounds more like someone in advertising trying too hard to be clever and kinky. He/she might even be on fab. I assume it's tries to imply the ticket will give you the power to make the city your own with no travel restrictions to do whatever you want. You're the master of your day/journey kinda thing.  |
