It's a subject very much in vogue at the moment but are our government trying to legislate against it in some areas.
For example in housing now they are capping rents forcing landlords to take tennants don't want. Is this right and is it as people are maintaining leading to landlords selling up or making excuses to get people out to rent again. This is only one example. |

I’d rather see landlords “forced” to take tenants than see families living in hotels.. and if the landlords had any decency we wouldn’t need caps because they wouldn’t charge exstorsion rents |
