What is the average bed time guys

Staying up way to late when we have an early start is all to common for us especially if you get sucked into this . What time do you call it a night

I would have no set time but when i do go to bed and turn the lights out i have to count the hours of sleep i get until the alarm goes off and if i dont get 7 hours ill be recked the next day

Before 11pm. Nice to get between 7 and 8 hours sleep.

Varies depending on how much beer is in fridge and if I'm driving in morning. Usually midnight to 2am but have been known to close the forum down around 4am

Im all fucked up im only getting about 5 hours sleep during the weekdays and about 12 hrs wknd nights im never tired late at night and then in the morning im wrecked up until about 8pm then im wide awake again
