So any other competitive strengh people on here. Powerlifter myself so kinda curious if there are any more into it.

I enjoy strength training alright but dont have the time to train to that level these days I'm afraid...

I enjoy long roide sessions it's a good mix of cardio, flexibilty and strength.

Last comp pulled 240kg deadlift and 145kg bench. Only getting back into comps the past 12 months so going well so far.

110kg....sitting at about 108kg at the minute so just right on point

Not sure about competitive but definitely loads of people here into lifting as a pastime, training, means to improve sport etc.

Spend 20 years doing nothing, took up weight training last year... love it! Train every morning.

Lost body weight, increased inches everywhere (except the obvious, unless you know an exercise for that ??). Good for stamina though

Its addictive, nice numbers on your lifts btw

Thanks....it is addictive and even more so when you get into competition.
