What does rough sex mean? I don’t know how often I’ve been asked If I’m into it but to be honest I don’t know what the general consensus as to what rough means is. One persons idea might be very very different to another’s. Any explainers? |

I think varies from person to person. It generally tends to vary too from mild to extreme so best to have and honest conversation about boundaries before. For some its and matter of hair pulling and hard penetration and others can go towards being thrown down and held while being roughly penetrated. This may also involve some spanking, biting and slapping. As I said it's subjective so disguss it first.  |

A conversation or two beforehand is definitely required as is an agreed and totally understood safe word. For example, it's gonna be a rough day today and that just means windy and wet: ya certainly don't want to be meeting anyone windy!

Interesting topic OP

That’s the thing, everyone’s idea is different and I would think it’s better to be cautious as “rough” is a concept that is easier to dial up than try to dial down. |

I was trying to think of how to phrase it.
Best I could come up with was anything physical interaction suring sex that I felt I would need to be sure was ok to do before hand... so not kissing but yes for biting.. not for holding hamds yes for grabbing their wrists... no for holding their head yes for hair pulling etc.... |

Consent is a minefield in itself. I've had a couple of interesting conversations on that topic recently with non-fabbers following some recent cases in the news, that may set precedents that will affect those who are a bit 'economical with the truth' on Fab. So hard to define, for example we know people who would say a hard fuck, some face slapping and a few slaps on the ass as rough but would also know people who consider bruises and bleeding after a session as rough sex. It comes down to the person and their limits at the end of the day.
