there are sites that tell you about dogging places all over the place. Google it. depends on where in London you are.

South London here... Thanks for the reply... Was hopeful someone here who actually goes dogging could share the experience... Maybe not on a public post but through private message. In any case, thanks for taking the time to reply.

Hetro Dogging has died in the Siuth East. Definately in the areas just north east and West we think the sites we tried were all full of pushy gay men and became almost intimidating so sad

I think people are arranging outdoor meets online more these days, rather than heading for a car park and seeing who turns up.
