I don’t really like these kind of things generally as I think they are a bit of a fad but I think this is a good idea if it helps people start to lead a healthier lifestyle. I think if you lose willpower and have a couple of drinks halfway through the month then it’s OK. Don’t let it put you off lowering the amount you drink if you want to and feel you want to make a positive change.
