Hey all,
I’m due to go on a date with a lovely, naughty wife I’ve been seeing next weekend.
We sometimes like to have a bit of a feel up of one another and a snog (if we can) in dimly lit, discreet bars and establishments, gets us in the mood for when and if we’re alone later we were wondering if anyone had any ideas of good places to go for this?
Wishful thinking but figured I’d see if anyone knew here.

It is a superb idea (helped along by the 70's-porn-booth aesthetic).
If you do decide to get frisky in the booth, you have to keep the noise to a minimum, as there's only a curtain separating you from the waiters moving around - we found that was a net plus as it adds to the general transgressive vibe! |

I don’t think there are ‘public’ venues that would do this now. I know of one gloryhole where this would work. We’ve used blindfolds before to make sure the guys stay strangers. Also, I can supply a mean cocktail! DM if you’d like to give it a try. |

The booth is separated from the corridor by a curtain, which doesn’t go all the way to the floor, but it’s private enough that you can go as far as you want without being bothered. Just need to keep the noise down |

Drinks served and once left to your own, you may play-mostly oral but depends how creative and flexible you are/can be. However, we kept being interrupted by the waiter on a regular basis. There is a drinks platform that they can knock on and for us to lower down a small draw bridge for them to placed, more private that way instead of them barging in. Seems this time though, the waiter didn't play by those rules so maybe something to be wary about.
Over the music we could hear our next door neighbours pounding away clearly I think they may have had a bigger booth. Hope that helps you all  |

Went last night with a friend, booked a booth for 2. It was cosy to say the least. I can report play is possible but limited to fingers and mouths. You do need to be flexible to get around the fixed table. Cocktails are £15 each and you get a small plate of tapas that you have to have and pay for. Tapas is not the greatest and pickled onions definitely do not help the kissing  |

Went Saturday and we found it a good place to go. not the cheapest place to go but where is these days. as stated earlier fun is pretty limited to fingers and mouth but a few films on the screen selectable with a push button one of which is the full version of Deep Throat (What a classic). Another button to order a drink and a dimmer switch for the light. A two seater bench seat either side of a table means room is tight but fun is not difficult and the ambience we found really nice. We will be going again for sure.

I'm glad there was a counter response to all of the jubilation. I haven't been there and not wanting to hate on the idea. Initially I was very keen too and still am curious. But it does seem quite gimmicky and I imagine the novelty wears off quite soon where an hour is all you ever need to experience. However, the guests accompanying may make all the difference. |

I was up in town the other night (on my own sadly - but ever hopeful!) … anyway I stopped by The Lyceum Tavern 354 Strand, London WC2R 0HS. For a last late night pint before going back to my hotel.
It’s a very traditional old pub. It was quiet then, but that was late on Monday evening.
HOWEVER I noticed it has about four very private booths. Ideal for private conversations where you can’t be overheard. Nor even barely overlooked. It could be a good central public place in a nice part of the West End to arrange to meet-up socially with Fabsters ?? |
