I haven't been, I want to go.
I don't want to go alone the first time as I haven't been to a club before.
Does anyone want to go with me ha?
And if this the most 'laidback' one in London - any others that don't require you to submit photos to deem your attractiveness/ require you to get really dressed up / cost the earth. |

We're on the other side of London but both Hellfire and AbFab fit the description (depending on what you think is expensive). Haven't come across any clubs that expect photos in advance, is that actually a thing?? |

Been to kestrel/abfab a few times enjoy it there planning another trip there soon

Yeah I want to try abfab but it's completely the opp end to me. I thought you had to dress very specifically for hellfire?
Yeah quite a few will vet you for attractiveness etc before letting you buy tickets/becoming a member. They even state on the website 'height weight proportionate' which essentially means no one who isn't relatively slim

Hello there, OP4F was the first club I attended as a single woman. Its a small, intimate, friendly club run and staffed by an all female team. Theres always a great mix of guests and a real party vibe on a Friday x |

Actually you have a couple of times when you said you be round at a certain time and when I message half an hour later you're still half an hour away.
Youre a nice guy and I do like you but you're unreliable and only avalible when it suits you. |

I’m not sure if the policy has changed but I have been a member just over 5 years now and back then when you applied for membership as a single guy you had to attach a picture not sure if that policy has changed.As a member I can recommend OP4F as a nice small clean cozy club with lots of play area to have fun or just chill out.They also have kind respectful staff who will give you a tour of the club. I am sure you will have a good time when you attend. |

Think Hellfire has some theme nights with stricter dress codes, but the ones we've attended have been much more 'just make an effort'.
Don't think we'd get into one of those restricted clubs, but also don't think we're missing out

I think you can get a train to the club from King's Cross to Alexandra Palace. The night tube runs weekends from woodgreen which is less than a 10 minute walk from the club. Most people book cabs or users though. Hope this helps. |

I went on Saturday. Mainly couples and was quite quiet.
The staff were super lovely and welcoming.
The people I chatted too seemed nice enough but it was me initiating convos, rather than people coming up to me etc.
I didn't play (no one asked or seemed that interested in playing with me and I am not desperate, so wasn't going to force the issue ha).
I am going to go on a Friday next time. |

Thank you for sharing your experience, I’ve had exactly the same thing happening every time I go, it’s the usual Saturday night vibe at OP4F. Works well if you have regular partners/FWB.
I can’t go Friday but I think that night would suit me better. |

If London hotels were not so expensive I would fly over myself to clubs as I was brought up in west London myself and lived in Islington and worked in white lion pub central street, No longer open now |

This is our favorite place.
The first time we went was also very quiet but that was a good thing. We have had nights at OP4f were there were 10+ couples in the small couples room and the rest of the place was stacked.
It was hot!

I wanted to go this eve but can't as have to wake up very early tomorrow.
I am going tomorrow eve again - just got the confirmation email.
Will see as last Sat I didn't get to play and I had to make most of the effort speaking to people - they didn't really initiate.
Otherwise I will try a Fri next time. |

We tried OP4F when we were in London last month. We'd been warned it was very small but it was also very cramped, a really odd layout and difficult to move around. I know you can only work with what you've got but we think the place does need redesigned.
The people were absolutely lovely though and made us feel very welcome, but we wouldn't go back. We'll try to work out some way of getting to Hellfire |

You’d need to apply for a membership first and be approved, if you already haven’t yet.
Clubs are not operating under “walk-in” policy and they do it for many valid reasons. |

Totally agree with everything above. We tried Hellfire club also, it's all right ocassionaly. We also tried kestrels spa and loved it because it has porn cinema as Hellfire club does, but in addition has pool etc. Pity it's not BYO alcohol, but you can't win everything haha |
