Hey all,
What's the state of organised socials in London these days? Not club-tied socials, but the pub meet-up variety? There was a great period when we first got into this when you had the City Social (and I know Ali now runs the one at Ignite), the Croydon social, and the Central North London social (whatever happened to that?) They were great low-pressure events that were brilliant for meeting people for future connections. I know there are a couple of interesting ones still: the picnic one and the museum/gallery one, which both look great but don't generally fit with our commitments. Are there any pub ones still going? |

No socials in London anymore sadly.. I maybe setting up a vary low key social in sutton Surrey at some point with a friend.. we just need a date… it won’t be anything like the brilliant Croydon Social I used to organise. Hope the A Team are well and hope to catch up soon x |

I'm missing the socials too. I tried to get to ignite social in Jan but something came up and City social didn't get back to me on their lazt one but that was me being a bit late getting in touch no doubt. Hope you're both well A-Team, and others I've hung out with over the years. xx |

I've been to the City Social and the party! Both great fun!
Only not going tonight because I'm an obsessed water baby and the jacuzzi beckons.
Hopefully I can steal more Saturday night off from work.

We haven't been able to get to one of these for a little while, but we went to the Pineapple Club City Social last night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. |
