Not really no it's just an app where you can send a pic and the recipient can only see the pic for a maximum of 10 sec.

It has a major flaw in that you can steal the pictures by taking a scteen shot. If I want to send a picture to someone I will send a proper picture

thought about that but if you only send the picture for 3/4 seconds you'll have to be very fast to take a screenshot.
