It’s time to accept that a friend here on fab just no longer wants to stay in touch, I’ve tried to message a few times but I’m not going to pester. It’s a shame but it’s the way the cookie crumbles, at least it’s Friday and it’s the weekend  |

It’s difficult not knowing the circumstances but we have to accept and respect someone’s decision however hard and difficult that maybe. In time they will either come back or you’ll move on

You know what it’s like here. Christ I’m shit at keeping in contact with anyone.. even those I adore and have known years. Sometimes people just can’t or don’t want to talk.. it’s not necessarily personal. |

A) don’t have time for this
B) don’t think this is going to work
C) don’t bother me any more
D) or something completely different
At least you would know one way or the other and wouldn’t waste any more time on them. |

Genuine question.
Is this friend someone you’ve met? Someone you’ve had a meal with? Someone you’ve been to the pub with? For a walk? Someone you chat to on the phone?
Or is it someone you just messaged on Fab?
I knew a lady who used to talk about this friend and that friend. When I asked her, these were people she had never met, never actually spoken to, in real life. It turned out she didn’t have any friends at all. Just “virtual” people on various Facebook groups.
