Theres some amazing photos on here, some really flattering and beautiful ones. Infact some look like works of art, I love the classy ones and the black and white ones.

Who takes the photos????? I can't take any nice ones of myself and if I ask Mr P hes likely to look at me like the labels dropped off, he totally doesn't get the photo thing at all and asking him to take a photo would totally ruin a moment. So essentially we will never get new photos

I have a phone holder attached to my full length mirror that has lights around it for good lighting and then use a Bluetooth clicker. Absolute game changer. Before then I just used the timer on my phone

Self timer is a good send ( as is delete/crop/filters)

Try to think of the picture you want first, maybe find some pics as inspiration then try to copy them

I have 3 tripods but I usually lean the phone on something and use the self-timer. I just take lots and then pick a few that are ok. I do sod-all with my pics compared to some of the people here and I fan-girl the photos of lots of people!

It's not that hard to do your own. I like arty ones, not a fan of graphic close ups. Eyes are always nice.

I take all my own. Don't have a tripod so the phone is just propped against something. I can honestly say I've never spent more than 5 mins on any pic. I might take half a dozen shots, pick the best one and adjust the lighting. That and a b/w filter are the only ones I use.

If you don't want to pay for a tripod the remote controls are about £5 on Amazon. I use Snapseed on my phone which is free to edit.

It does but I think you get more candid pictures which work better for me because you’re not posing for that single shot…

I take all my own, I tend to set a video recording so I don’t have to worry about timers etc then scroll through it and take screen shots of the still images I like, but then also do mess around with the colourisation and shading

I am usually taking photos at midnight so I won't be interrupted in a compromising position. Don't think the video quality would be good enough. Fair point though - obvs your photos prove it! (Ps can you put the videos up!

I take all mine, lots of placing and balancing the phone, set on timer, or leave the video running, then when you edit that, you can screen grab single frames from the vid. Then just edit different lighting modes.

I do my own ... Set up phone on tripod and set the scene, check lighting and the frame (what can you see in the backgound - reset up if necessary)

Then i use a timer or voice/noise activation to take my shot

OP your photos are lovely. Yeah there are some who take very artistic photos. But to be honest I prefer the one of you two hugging. It's not stylised there's an honesty about it that tells me you're a proper loved up couple. And no amount of flattering angles and lighting will beat that

Lots of great tips here for taking a great selfie. But I've got to say, having another person in the room can not only lead to some great photos you wouldn't get by yourself, but it's also very hot in it's own right.

Quite a few of my earlier pics were taken by a photographer and we loved performing for them and the camera!

Hubby takes all my pics on an iPhone. He has a great eye and it helps that we take about 300 pics for everyone used.

Post-picture taking he will often blur the background (normally to hide pics of the kids etc) but I refuse to let him doctor them any other way.

A good pic isn’t that hard to take and shows imagination which will hopefully transfer into the bedroom also. 15 dick pics on your profile is an immediate no for us.

because everytime anybody posts a photography thread the susal know alls come on with advise about sim cards and privacy and being "profesional" cos they have all the gear etc then usualy it gets derailed by people argueing with someone offering to shoot but only having crap pics on thier profile you get the gist .why we usualy no longer bother posting on them they usualy degenerate into a shouting match

All my photos and videos are taken on an I phone. I mainly play with women or couples into this too and I enjoy taking them for both parties. I’m no photographer but I have learnt things over the years regarding angles, lighting and using filters .

The professional looking ones are just that, from a Boudoir photo shoot.

The others are mostly taken by my husband.

Most mobile phones have a timer and the ability to change to black and white. You might need to take a few photos to get what you want, but I don't see that as an issue with digital photos. You simply delete the rest.

I usually find when I try for something in particular it doesn't come out how I had it in my mind and the off the cuff ones come out better.

Bkutacking your phone to a mirror or wall helps. Or stacking random household items to place the phone on. I've even used elastic bands to get and an ariel view on a light shade! Inspiration strikes me at the oddest of times so I have to wait till the house is empty to do it when I can move stuff to get a blank wall as a backdrop.

All our photos have been taken by us. Mainly Mrs Misfit as she recons she has a good eye and I take a terrible photo apparently

. But there are a few corkers (IMO) on our profile that I've have both set up and taken.

Obviously like most of us we like to put our best foot forward but not be misleading. So hopefully our photos look good but also reflect a bit of our personality and what we look like in real life because most folk don't want to play blind date.

I take all of my photos - selfie stick, halo light, tripod, timer! *strike a pose* hey presto!

100 pics later and maybe 3 or 4 make to the FAB gallery

Chose your outfits, set your scene, make sure the background is clear of cables, clutter that would detract from you being the focal point and away you go …

Like some others who have posted, I use the timer for a photo or take a screen capture from a video. There's also that burst shot feature on the phone, which captures a series of photos in a few seconds. I simply pick out one.

I use my phone to take all my photos.

I edit colours, shading and all that with whatever app came with the phone.

I prop it up with whatever I can find to support the phone.

I have one photo of me in a tuxedo that was taken by a friend's daughter for her photography course because she needed to take portraits. I was voluteered.

Try intervalometer type apps for a phone that give you the option to take say 100 images a 5 second intervals then delete the not so good ones.

Or drop me a PM I'm the in house photographer for Radlett Parties & have shot hundreds of couples & more on the swinging scene both at the parties and in private photo shoots over the past few years.

Thankyou for all your feedback you absolutely gorgeous bunch, you are all beautiful works of art in my eyes.

I'm going to have a go at taking some myself when I get the house to myself (when the moon and the stars allign)

I've uploaded a few more, mostly for friends only because we both look better with clothes on

I take most of my own, I didnt know how much I enjoyed it til I got on Fab. I enjoy the creativity and artistry of using framing, poses, props, mood and also exploring the everyday things I find sexy.

One of me licking a whisk is many peoples favourite!!!

I also team up with another creative fabber sometimes and taking photos together is part of our sexy fun!!

It's always men offering to do those things to strangers. A lot of women take great pics (and presumably there are those who can massage too) but I just don't see them on statuses or threads offering to "help" men. It's very one-way.

I use my mobile blu-tacked to a tripod. Set the self timer to 10 secs. Get into the area I hope is right, strike a so called pose. Then hope that I have a decent picture.

I usually take half a dozen of each pose, that way I might get the picture I want.

You can then start to ness about with lighting and stuff.

I imagine a friend might take you up on it? But it does surprise me that many men don't see that erotic photography offers from a stranger can come across as creepy to single women (same with massage). I think couples may be more likely to?

You can buy an attachment for your phone that will screw to any tripod - may make it a little easier? They're usually inexpensive.

I've taken a few for a friend and she has used a couple of them! I've also done business and model shoots with those images being used..

I totally agree that the offer can be creepy, that's why it should be worded properly with an offer of a chaparone (or they can bring someone with them). I did 1 shoot with a chaparone and ended up with a great couples shot of them both! Haven't done a couple yet

I've had pro kink photographers approach me on kink sites - it seems to be quite common there. And I have posed for a pro male erotic photographer as a result. He was very very careful to provide references and content and offered a chaperone etc. But here - "jeez I'd take your pics luv" - no, I don't think so! I think there is scope for people to be professional about it on here and feature their work - why not? Clearly some would pay for a pro.

Some people suggest doing a video then getting pics/ stills from that.

I've shot for couples and singles before and they've used them for fab. I used to shoot professional, although it wasn't my main area of focus, I've found myself drawn back into it. Recently did a shoot with a friend for her onlyfans.

timer on the camera for my early ones - only after spending a lot of time running back and forth to the camera did i realise i could extend the time delay... ive since bought a remote shutter. how i didnt get carpet burns is beyond me!

Some people suggest doing a video then getting pics/ stills from that.

This is the way phone cameras work anyway, called computational photography. When you press the button the phone takes a series of pictures in a split second, they are computers after all. The video processor then takes all the best bits from all of the photos and creates a good image, compensating, for out of focus, camera shake and removing what it considers imperfections etc and produces a pseudo quility image. The video processor does all the post processing for you.

make my own fotos with timer mostly. 3 or 4 times i've worked with photographer and always got a much better 'hit' rate of nice fotos.

not against sex photos, but i think you get sexier photos when the tog focusses on the fotos and not trying to get off with you x

I take all of our photos and have had plenty of comedy moments, maybe I should make an out take compilation haha! I’d love to take more of mr, but it’s not his favourite thing in the world, oh and I get easily distracted

! The difficulty I have is taking pics of both of us together playing, I don’t like the staging element of that if it’s been planned beforehand! But I agree op there are some amazing images on fab, love a bit of erotic art
