I want to help a mate get back on his feet with his business but it would take about £15,000. It's a safe bet but I have no savings or direct access to that amount. Any ideas on how I can get rich fast?! Is it possible?  |

If it's a safe bet why on earth does he need help getting back on his feet?

Because he had massive overheads which he no longer will have. It's like a fresh start without the overheads but old stuff needs cleared. I've already done business with him so friendship not at risk but appreciate people saying to be careful. Liking the kidney idea! |

If it's a safe bet - excuse my cynicism but I've heard those words mentioned before so I don't believe anything's a safe bet really - then make an appointment with a business development manager at your local bank. They'll tell you whether they think it's a safe bet too.
Otherwise I know some people who will lend you money when others won't... but if you value your life you'd better hope it really is a safe bet. |

Why now then are the overheads lower?
What is the old stuff?
I think you need to be more specific.
If he is trying to trade as a "new" business, won't take long for the "old" debts to catch up! |

If it's a safe bet and your mate is back on track why doesn't he go to his bank for a business loan? Would have thought that this would have been the first thing he would have done? And it's much less of a gamble! |

He hasn't come to me begging for money....it's me who wants to help out. Can't go into specifics on here but just wanted to know of any quick get-rich schemes! We'll sort it...but really was asking for the banter! |
