Please initially excuse my ignorance but do implant breasts feel different that natural breasts and in what way

Never had the option to feel fake breasts and be interested to know

Different ones feel different. I have felt felt ones that I would never have guessed weren't real, other that feel like rocks, and others somewhere in between. Luke

Agreed. I’ve played with ones I was convinced were fake that weren’t and vice versa. Doesn’t matter either way really as long as the woman likes them it’s her body!

I've only felt one (well a pair) that if I hadn't known were artificial I'd never have realised they were.

I have substantial knowledge of fake boobs and can answer each and every known question.

Based on the entire sample size of one pair, I can tell you I had no idea, they felt just like boobs.

You wouldn't know the difference if you saw Mrs M's as she went for the realistic soft edged implants and they look and feel just like any other breasts.
