We’ve flipped a switch and it’s full on horny time.

Yes. I think it does that too, mine was at its highest when I was 30 to 34, now at 40, it is at its lowest, it could do with the dieting too, as being in a deficit lowers your sex drive and test levels  |

I'm the same since I hit my 40's, I had very low body confidence since my teen's, but got to my 40's and stopped caring so much about how I think others think I look I'm alot more confident now and enjoying myself, my sex drive has gone through the roof! |

I think mine is a combination of hitting peri-menopause and having lost a f#ck load of weight. I've never felt more attractive or enjoyed sex as much as I have done over the last four years or so. |

It's normal to ho through periods of not wanting sex and then wanting sex, sometimes testosterone levels or your mental status. If it's all the time I recommend seeing your doctor. |
