Do you have the will power to leave them alone or do you have to squeeze?
Im terrible and squeeze them.. i even look at other peoples and get the urge to pop them too    |

There is a website dedicated to spots and cysts lol. It has videos. Search Google for pop that zit. |

I was lucky in that I never suffered from spots. I'd only get the occasional spot and a few blackheads on my nose. I'd steam my face and then squeeze them out.
both my sons have had the odd spots too but they don't squueze at all. I wish they would let me do it because I can't stand it that they will leave a white head to dry up.
But neither of them have amy acne scarring and have smooth skin  |

I set out all looking lovely and by the time I get out of the lift I have red marks and picked bits!  "
Maybe the marks are on the mirror rather than your face?
