Has anyone ever said anything they didn’t intend to completely by accident?

I was camping one day and a couple of guys passed me on bikes.

I nodded to them and started to say ’You good?’ at the same time they asked me,

‘How are you?’

I tried to answer ‘I’m okay’, but the problem was I’d already started to ask ‘You good?’

What came out was a very cheery ‘You’re gay!’

I don’t know whether they were or not, regardless, it didn’t need pointing out.

I think they took it very well as they cycled off frowning.

In an email to a senior manager, I intended "Can I call you today?" but a simple typo meant it read "Can I call you toady?"

In the days when I had someone to do my typing for me and word processors were a distant dream I had to return a letter for correction because they'd typed 'diso cunt' instead of 'discount'

I’m Scottish and can’t pronounce the name Carl without it coming out like Carol. Had a very long winded conversation on the phone at work trying to take a guys name. “Carl”

“Carol yeah”

“No Carl”

“That’s what I’m saying Carol”

There is a gorgeous guy who lives quite near me. One day he passed by when I was walking the dog and I said 'Oh you smell lovely'. I then blushed and he smiled. Obviously I didn't mean to say what I was thinking out loud.
