I get dreams (about being cheated on) that are so realistic & detailed that when I'm awake it makes me annoyed & sad for days..
In the back of my mind it feels like they're a warning to help prepare me for when it happens. |

Dreams can often be your subconscious fears manifesting themselves within your irrational brain.
May I ask if you recognise the people within said dream? |

Different people you recognise the bits of?
Thats the fucked up thing about all our dreams. Everyone we see in them is someone we have seen in real life. Weither we know them or subconsciously walked past them in the street.
Your left side of the brain is your logical side. Overworked while we are awake, cancelling out the irrational thought's from the right side which is your imagination side of the brain, emotions, stories pictures ect. This is why our dreams are so vivid. The left side "overworked" cancelling out irrational thought during the day sleeps. Allowing the "creative" right brain to run free.
Don't worry to much about your dreams they are generally meaningless.

Sometimes I dream with my daughter’s mother
Then I hurt a lot cause I wake up and I don’t live with my daughter  |

Only way out is to jump to another dimension where they can’t follow or wake up
So I learned how to self wakening ^^
I love the dream realm . I felt In love there once ,
On a beach . I never saw her ever again ^^

Sometimes being cheated on in a dream is symbolic of a partner not giving you enough time or attention, and the dream is the manifestation of that.It may not be about your partner, either.
